Stuff it with a cut lemon and quartered onion, wrap with bacon and roast!

That sounds wonderful, DMC. My favorite thing to do with a chicken is to paint some nice orange marinade on it, stuff it with orange slices (not wedges) and put some more slices over the breasts for moisture and caramelization. Pop it in the oven for an hour and you'll have deeeelicious, juicy orange chicken. YUM.

I've just eaten my usual breakfast - half a pink grapefruit, a bowl of museli, bran and banana, washed down with a cup of tea. How I long for bacon and eggs.

We've just had a very yummy apple crumble, made with 3 apples from my parents' garden and 2 from the apple tree in TOH's neighbour's garden, some sultanas, a dash of Amaretto and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

TOH said it was possibly the best apple crumble he's ever had. ;D

As I was out for a ladies-who-lunch today (cream of pheasant soup and artisan [what does that mean?] cheeseburger with purple coleslaw and skinny fries, homemade) I just had some M&S chinese ribs tonight - and they were delish!

Cor, musical16, that looks absolutely delicious ;D As a complete and utter chocoholic (I'm thinking of making some chocolate-sprinkle toast right now) I'd probably give my left arm for something that nice and choclaty ;D

Easy, delicious and sooooooo naughty.

We're having mega amounts of yummy Caribbean food, cooked by my friend who has come over in response to Wy's craving for Sweet Potato Pie. Sadly, Wy has eaten so much curry goat, rice & peas and picadillo with fried plantain that she doesn't have any room left for the pie, which a shame because it's LOVELY. ;D I expect she can squeeze in a small cup of chocolate tea though...

I did make room for the pie and it was DELICIOUS! Everything about dinner tonight was brilliant and yummy and amazing and my craving has been satisfied... for now. Will have to invite MF's friend back though, as there wasn't room for chicken and dumplings tonight ;)
