The best score I got was all countries except for Madagascar and Australia.
You gotta watch Madagascar and Cuba in particular - they're very cunning about closing their ports.

It's fantastic, but it's really annoying hen the world shuts airports and shipping yards. Then you have no means of getting Evo points unless it it waterborne and airborne ;D

the only 'clean regions' in my current game are: Madagascar, Indonesia, New Zealand, Japan, Greenland & Cuba.
Everywhere else is infected and there are no healthy people. The Lithuria disease is spreading like wildfire and killing everyone *smug*

Canada, Peru, Argentina, Australia have been completely wiped out.
EDIT: As has Mexico, Brazil, West Europe, India, South Africa and Russia ;D

Yeah, you can make the disease airborne and waterborne, that way, if they have a flood or a hurricane, they are more likely to get the disease  |

Vixen I always make em airborne and waterborne but if for example madagascar has closed it's shipyard, it will not get there! I've played it toooooo many times this afternoon not to know by now LOL

lol nope
First I keep it at fever level to keep it invisible,
go for bacteria,
Build up first line of resistence all 4 choises
first rodents, insects, waterborne and airborne
then build out your resistence
add symptoms when all infected countries are known
that leaves me usually with only 2 to 3 untouched countries!

My mum actually likes Simon Cowell ( though not in the way I occasionally think I do before I have an attack of common sense). She says she likes that he's straight with all these rubbish people and she doesn't think the audience should boo him I think she thinks they should be booing most of the singers instead. I suspect she's probably right |
