Seeing as beer, cider, mead and gin could be on the menu, the title may have to change ;D Thought I would start this as info may start to come through soon Sorry can't fit it all in, thought this should be a separate thread

I do like the title. I think it's a keeper

Title irrelevant. These shows are funny, informative, entertaining and one huge Mayfest - James at his best, especially when he's tipsy, ranting, laughing, pondering, fretting, being serious, standing up, sitting down, breathing, .... Ooh, um, er - does this sound intelligent enough, folks, worried about my image you see, just in case the eponymous* hero's loitering with intent to form judgements of his fans! (Did I hear bath, baby, water?)
* Not Mr McGoo. Hardly ever notice Mr McGoo, manage to blot him out!

Can't wait for this. The nice thought is that he could turn up anywhere in this country, drunk out of his brain and in need of a bed for the night. ;D

Oh I shall, seeing as I've an 80 odd mile drive.....still as I like driving and have a sense of direction I'll be there in one piece, but as I said I've produced, Oz and James are quite welcome in merry olde Essex to sample the goods (well James can) ;D

In a caravan near you (by the looks of things). All Boardies be alert - cameras at the ready. Tow ropes may be required too (and some handcuffs ;D).

There was a sighting at Birchanger Services yesterday (according to HH). Maybe they are off to the Fens first. Edit: For some reason that makes me feel kind of creepy - I'm not a stalker honest

Maybe I should say, If anyone sees them say nothing. I bet it will be very different making it in this country actually. The freedom of France and California may not be matched in the UK.

Or maybe we should put up a new "spoilers go here" thread?

I'd like to think James would come willingly...! ;D Or are these for the over-zealous boardies? Then what about restraining orders too? Or do you think James would also say that Boardies are "as innocuous as bird-watchers, morris dancers, ramblers and members of The Sealed Knot" without a hint of sarcasm *yawns happily, content to await the latest news/sightings in the comfort of own home* Now where did I put those sticky-out extended mirror things?

There are loads of Vineyards round in Hampshire and Wiltshire so I'll keep my eyes peeled and ears open for the James v. Oz fall outs and drunken laughter ;D

The question not asked or answered as yet is what vehicle is he using to tow the caravan? Any ideas? Something really old and knackered or something quirky? What's Oliver up to these days?

Well they do say more caravanning next week, so perhaps more info will be revealed in the form of James-released spoilers I agree with your idea, Ly, that it'll either be in keeping witht the caravan or in complete contrast. Or perhaps it will be "a Transit van" so that at the end of the whole trip he can give the caravan "one glancing blow" himself and "reduce [said] ... caravan ... to a flat-packed form that would fit comfortably inside the vehicle that brought about its demise" thus speeding up the return journey! ;D

It's been way too long since they last destroyed a caravan on Top Gear. So after the filming has finished maybe he'll promise Oz he is going to take the caravan to a happy place where it can play with other caravans and no, Oz shouldn't watch the next TG series. ;D

If they discover the company that was selling the Welsh whisky, poteen and liquers at Thundersprint, the main reaction will probably be falling over...

Gawd. I'm sorry I don't have all the facts but Aaurora has told me James was on a train near Leeds? But got off at Hudder...something and some people saw him on the train and getting off and then had a chat with him while he went drinking in a pub all the while being filmed.

Do you think we should have a James Spotting thread so we can track where he is? Maybe a map of the UK with little beer glasses on it? ;D
