I want a Landy, so it's off to ebay and Auto-trader later. Just fancy a beaten up old banger, my father has one and I want one too.

I've just bought mine (no, not the Aston Martin I've always wanted ) but a huge dogmobile - a Ford Ranger Thunder. 12 months in the planning and all the better for it. It must be a deferred gratification thing ;D

I saw a Ford Ranger Thunder yesterday and thought it was a great looking thing. Of course, the first thing I thought, even before that, was "Oh, that's what Inky's got" ;D My dream car... I honestly don't know. There are several things I'd really like - if I could drive - though I suppose the Triumph Herald is what I keep coming back to. But I fell in love with the Alfa GTV a while ago and the old Alfa challenge hasn't put me off. I like new Alfas too, though, and if anyone offered me the current Spider (not the Graduate-mobile, though they are also gorgeous when they're in good nick), I wouldn't kick it off the drive And stratospherically ridiculous cars? I'm still two-timing the GTV with the Lamborghini Gallardo!

I dont want a fancy car. Ever since i lost out on the 2nd hand Ford Fiesta (R reg) some months ago i get a pang right here *places fist against chest* every time i catch sight of one of those little cars. I dont want the new version either; it's like a ruddy great box or something. If i could afford a more modern car i think i'd go for a Panda or a Golf or Honda Jazz; something economical anyway. You can tell im not a petrol head.

I saw a Ford Ranger Thunder yesterday and thought it was a great looking thing. Of course, the first thing I thought, even before that, was "Oh, that's what Inky's got" ;D I'm sad wy. I keep buying it presents........things to make it smell nice (though nothing is nicer than the leather smell of the interior so I don't know why I bother polish, car shampoo and on Wednesday it's being measured up for a custom made dog guard/cage which is going to cost a shed load more money Still, you can't take it with you. I earn it so I spend it You really need to get back into the driving lesson routine. Imagine winning the lottery and being able to afford your dream car and then not being able to drive it I hated my driving lessons. I don't think you're alone in that but when you pass your test, the feeling is indescribable ;D You've come so far with the lessons you must carry on now

Oh definitely Wy, try again. I took my test twice in my late teens and failed horribly, and I knew I wasn't ready. Then suddenly I just knew when I was 29 (last year ;D) and I took some lessons and that was that. It's wonderful. I love my little car to death. Keep trying - it is worth it. As for a dream car - well, as my own can't hear me, I do love the little Fiat 500 and MGs too.

Aw, I fully intend to get back to the lessons... XJ and I made plans when I was last in London and they aren't going to work if I don't have my license! It's just because of the work/money crap at the moment, and nothing to do with getting so anxious I couldn't go through with my last lesson! I've just been chasing another treasured driving dream, trying to trace the current whereabouts of granddad's Royce. Couldn't find it, but did find the divorce petition from his first wife Nothing at all sad about pampering that lovely new truck of yours, Inky - I'd be just the same!

I saw an old Rolls Royce at a dealership the other day, just passed by it. Wish I'd stopped and looked it was really nice, no idea what it was though. I'd look really nice driving around in it I think.

I was just looking through the pictures here. The Bugatti Veyron is gorgeous. I want require the Bugatti. It's just a beautiful beautiful machine. So smooth and full of dark red leather. And shiny silver things. Oh and did I mention it's quite FAST?! Plus the fact that James' bum has been on the seat of one of them. Nuff said. The one they used for filming that was wrecked. It was loaned to somebody.

As a lover of Alfas and a lover of performance cars, I really should have included the 8c on here... Whenever I see this, I have an irresistable urge to lick it.

I'm finally able to drive mine during this trip - a Chevy Impala. I love it and wish I could keep it forever. I've finally got a picture of the Impala that I can show you now. It's not the 1981 model that I fell in love with when I was 12, but I love it just the same. It's really cute, I think.

Is that the same Alpha they had on TG a few weeks back? (Can't check back now ) I thought that one was lovely from all views except the front. If it's the same one, it doesn't look so bad in that pic. The colour's amazing though.

That is the same model they had on TG the other week. Funnily enough, I wasn't very keen on it in black! Lew, with you on the Abarth 500! That looks like fun

Ooh-er, this is just filth of the highest order... At last, the targa-topped Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport. A convertible Veyron, possibly the scariest thing to go into production in a long time - well, what's going to happen when you hit 250mph with the roof off?! But good lord, it's a sexy beast. I'm off to change my underwear...
