Yes! It does look better. I was looking through some older images of him and with his hair so short, he almost looks bald. He looks more relaxed and casual with longer hair.

There are so many things I like about that pic. He looks so sweet "Butter wouldn't melt in his mouth". He's like a child so sweet when sleeping but such a bugger when awake. Got to love him.
