OK I like the short and long when he's in the car above. The dodgy picture bares no resemblance to how it looked in the flesh (I've been told) as he's had a trim and it flattened. Just bad lighting and wind!
Long when it was a few weeks ago, but as it is now fine just not in that picture!

Initially I would have said short hair - but I'm actually getting used to the new style now, although the hedgehog pic does him no favours. ;D ;D  He looks much better here!  |

I like the new, but only when he doesn't resemble a brush.  I think the old look was more for the younger man - I like the new hippy Richard with his necklace and his love for Oliver.  |

"Get a Hammond hairstyle" my hairdress doesn't like me much as it is cause she always wants me to have blonde highlights and i refuse, so i think she'd glare at me even more if i requested that!

The long hair took a bit of getting used to, but now I hope he keeps it for a while. I wasn't too sure at the start of the series, but by the end it was looking good. Mind you, as long as those big brown eyes aren't obscured by a curtain of fringe or something, it'll probably look good no matter what. I do like the whole chilled look with the hair and the beads though |

Silly question about the "new" hair - how would you describe it to a hairdresser? See, mine desperately needs tidying up and I want it to be kind of messy and choppy and the texture is kind of what I've been aiming at for a while (and not quite managing to achieve), but obviously not the style! So I don't want to show the hairdresser a photo because a) she'll think I'm mad and b) much as I love the Hamster, I don't want his haircut...
