Controversial thread! I am an objective follower of James; if he wanted me to point out his worst bits I would! (although I'd need a moment to think...) Therefore, I am posting here the photos of James that I think do him NO favours at all and why I dont like em! Sorry! Sorry ladies, the sunnies! Just think this one ages him!

I agree with the first one, but I think the second one's lovely.

Have one in mind. They are all bad when they look unnatural (posing when he is clearly not comfortable) I have one in mind... I'll go find. We need FuskerMay to take some of him asleep or in the shower *snigger*

Love the second one, and the first one well everyone has an off day and he was only young and still probably finding his fashion sense feet. I know the answer why it's er pants! It was the 90s and those sunglasses were everywhere

That first one makes him look like the offspring of John Lennon and my Java programming lecturer!

YES IT IS THAT SET! I'll find the one in particular; just makes me cringe, it so unnatural! New James nice pics on that thread in a moment!

The first one is pretty funny. He might have looked better in context of the times, but probably not I do like the second one though. The wind blown hair is nice. The last one though is what I thought of when I read the name of the thread

As much as I adore James, Stiggy, those are just so uncomfortable. James even commented to me he preferred the old cover to May on Motors. The only picture which is ok is the one on the back of the Hard shoulder book. The new ones look much better. he needs a hug. When photographers get him they really get him. THESE ARE NOT BAD PICTURE they are more Exhibit A Exhibit B Exhibit C

When they say airbrushing, just say no! (thank you Wy for solving this mystery for me, however why should I be surprised by Heat and their superficial ways ) James probably would nominate this one.

That book cover set looks too posed and he doesn't look happy. His smile isn't natural or relaxed.

The thing is, I give the Heat photo 10/10 for the idea but considerably less for the execution. The initial impact was good, I'll grant it that, but the more I look at it, the less I like it because they've either gone at James with the polyfilla or they've gone at the resulting pic with the airbrush. If only they'd left him a bit more natural-looking it would have been wonderful.

Wy that is it! He's been airbrushed! No wonder he looks a bit stunned and gone over with an iron. He's lost his character in his face. *goes off muttering about bloody Heat bloody magazine*
I agree too the idea was fantastic! Inspired really.....he should have had a photo taken when he was laughing or preparing to pose. Not so stiff.

Ok, That first one that started this thread is bad! Poor James. But I love the one with the chisel. That one causes far too many smutty thoughts. So, I guess it is bad but in a different way. I;m headed to work soon, so I'll look through my James photos when I get home on the morning. ;D

LOL! Some of these were in the best photo thread not long ago. ;D Not from me love!!!! Like the 2nd one there; air of naughtiness about it! So much is opinion ish aint it?! I do like James scruffy, but prefer him tamed slightly; too scruffy is too much!!!! And I hate men tucking shirts into trousers, esp when they have a belly!!!!!

James with helmet hair is usually good! I can't possibly comment any further on the two offerings I've made, as I cannot believe I went to the trouble to look for bad pictures, opened photobucket and uploaded them, just to post them here. *creeps off, head bowed in shame* Think for my penance I better find a wonderful photo!
