Well... there were a few things in the paddock that weren't in the show we saw (don't know whether they'd got broken or if it's that they vary the show a bit) but there was also one little surprise I'd hate to spoil for anyone  |

I dunno if I've missed anything,  but no-one's mentioned the paddock tour yet... is there a reason for this?... is it just because of 'spoilers'??  I have a bunch of pictures but I do not want to post them for people that still want to go. |

It wasn't a tour as such, just you were allowed to walk round the paddock area for half an hour after the show.
There are some photos in with mine from the TG Live show.

Yeah theres one or two interesting things in the paddock but it is NOT a tour. You walk around and look at the various cars from the show but it feels quite rushed; at the end they shouted at us to get out! lmao! |

There was one lady who was SO RUDE and just shouted all the damn time so I basically whispered under my breath 'Ok, ok, I'll go shortly... god knows I really paid for this bit' but then wondered on to the next bit but then another nicer chap came along and joked 'come on ladies!' so I went but only cos he asked nicely... and only after posing with the wheel of the milkfloat in my HANDS!!!! YEEEEES! |

Yeah, the shouting did get a bit much. I had the kids with me otherwise I might have shouted back a bit.

Thanks for all the great pictures and commentary. Someone mentioned James' health. Is he alright? Also, I don't think I would've put up with someone yelling at me very well at all or being rushed around. Otherwise, it sounds like yall had a great time and I'm really glad yall got to go.

The clip is not so much inspired by Tron, I think, as the biomechanoid designs of HR Giger (not that Giger was acknowledged), but if you look at Alien and Aliens, especially design elements of the former, it all starts to look very familiar. Take a look at www.giger.com, though probably not just before you go to bed. |
