Oh my goodness... Mind you, James and Richard are both looking rather gorgeous too... but even so... *sigh* PS: My friends of a more medical bent refer to that building as "the giant suppositary"

Here you can see The Gherkin on the right, behind the Tower of London, in the midst of the City, so it's on the north of the Thames, whereas City Hall is on the south.

That made me giggle the first time I saw it too. I like his line about being embarrassed because people were waving to him. Jeremy is right though. TG does help me understand the way men behave with each other.

Thank you, Ly. It's great getting to hear how the show might go. Wish I could make it.

I liked that James didn't know what a playstation was... a playboy??!! I'm sure he must have been exaggerating just a tad...even I know what a Playstation is, and I'm bad with all things computerish.

Yes, of course he knows really. In one episode of TG - can't remember which - he and Jeremy said they would rather play a game of football on a Playstaion than for real.
He puts on an act of being and old buffer sometimes.

I liked that James didn't know what a playstation was... a playboy??!! He used that term in a previous article in TG magazine (he admitted he had wasted a portion of his life playing them) and, being as unfamiliar with video games as I am with cricket, I actually pondered what it was. Of course, he was just cleverly making a hybrid name of Gameboy and Playstation. There is a Playboy video game too though. But I like to think James is above that sort of thing. ;D [cough, cough] And he made an off-hand remark about "getting drunk and watching pornography on Channel 5" in the TG episode I saw last night. I'm sure it was all for laughs.

o.O I am a clean minded gal. Channel 5 shows porn? Surely not!

I was hoping you could tell me! I'm geographically challenged (i.e. I don't live in Britain) so I'm not familiar with channel 5. BTW, there was no cussing that I could hear in the press conference. So either I'm going deaf or I've become coarsened to bad language. Actually, both of those options are likely to be true. There is however, less than a minute in, some erotic hair touching with BOTH hands -- do it, May, do it!!

Just a simple slip of the tongue. I laughed when he said Playboy instead of Game Boy too. I like watching him touch his hair too.
