youtube.com/watch?v=JDKJjWI-WAsAnother YouTube clip. James is handing out autographs outside on the street before the show. He's on straight after Alan Davies at about 29s.

Bless him. He seems able to pretend to be sober better than Alan Davies.

Goodness, it's quiet tonight. I've been out having a crash-course in Access databases from my friend. I've got the MOD training course reference books now! But I've come back to another lovely batch of photos - thanks ladies! And my friend's husband now has a new word in his vocabulary - "Cock" - complete with a very familiar style of delivery. Funnly enough, this has only happened in the last few days, since he discovered her fondness for Mr May

I have no idea how that post got into this thread... I thought I was putting it into "night chat". I didn't have that much to drink last night, either... sorry about that!

Oh, PorschePolo, that video makes me a bit sad Thank you, though. I know it's all part and parcel, but sometimes I do tend to forget that James is as famous as he is - he just seems like such a normal, regular bloke. He does look lovely in these photos, though.

Aaurora me too.........and I feel it could be spoiled, actually a very good friend made a comment and a valid one, she said "that's why these famous people can't go down the pub or their local without a) the press and b) fans, maybe there is a better word, for fan.... y'know who wants to be stared at over a fag and a pint.....so guess where they go to the Ivy, where they can at least get a break". As the man said be reasonable. But thanks PP nope never posted, but if it had, never mind

That reminds me of an interview I heard with Daniel Craig recently. They asked him how being Bond had changed his life. He said, the worse thing was he used to love going to the pub but now he is lucky if he can get a pint in before someone comes up to him or he's made to feel uncomfortable, so that's what he misses most, because he stopped going. I know Daniel Craig seems a bigger star than James, but let's not forget they're known all around the world. Must be tough at times to find some peace and quiet. I don't envy them.

Poor James He's generous to them though, turning so they all get a good pic. Gentlemanly as always. We must be careful not to abuse his generosity.
