I want that German brewing thing. And although I don't speak German very well, I probably read it well enough to follow the instructions I reckon the 'German only instructions' were just for effect on telly. The digital display we saw was in English. Draw your own conclusions.

For that matter, I've got a funny feeling James might speak German, though I'm not sure where I got that idea from!

For that matter, I've got a funny feeling James might speak German, though I'm not sure where I got that idea from! He does. James has mentioned it several times in his columns. But to be fair on him, I can tell you from my own experience that even if you speak the language well, reading instructions in German can be rather gruesome.

Yes speaking is, well not easy, but you can do but reading is something different. That is why on school I had a 8.6 for German speaking and a 6.3 for German writting and reading.

Thanks for the download and torrent links. I shall watch it again this evening, only this time I shall endevour to be interested in the beer rather than grossed out by Oz's pants, Oz's legs, Oz's incessant flirting with James and Oz's pink duvet... ;D

That was a great review.
I'm also remembering part of the show where they're pulling into the pub at Northumberland and Oz is making descriptions about the place that beg the question - Is there something you're trying to tell us, Oz?
Oz was a bit girly picking out his clothes, but thankfully our wonderful James set him "straight" about where he stands as far as fashion and their situation goes before going on the town in Newcastle.

I laughed out load with some of this episode. The argument with Oz and James where James told him that he was not into fashion, and why was he asking his opion as he didn't fancy him and wasn't taking him out on a date etc, loved it! I would have loved to share the meal on the beach with James that lobster looked Erm...... Is Oz married

He's married and I remember reading about him having a daughter. I guess he just likes to keep his private life private. Good for him.
