I do not know if we are also going to make different threads to discuss the episodes but here is the summary for the first epi:
Tuesday 06 January 8:00pm - 8:30pm BBC2 Oz Clarke and James May travel through Britain and Ireland to discover the amazing array of drinks on offer. They start their journey on top of the White Cliffs and travel north to Yorkshire and Derbyshire to discover exactly what goes into a pint of beer. Oz tracks down the most northerly commercial vineyard in the country, and for the final part of the first leg of their trip they take to the rails, enjoying the beers in a string of real ale pubs located on station platforms.

I'm hoping we'll be home before 8 on Tuesdays, since that's when son has practice and games. Otherwise, I'm going to have to set the VCR and watch it after he goes to bed.

Nice to see that the Radio Times gave this a good review... feel sorry for Oz, but they basically said that James carries the show!

For episode two
Tuesday 13 January 8:00pm - 8:30pm BBC2
Oz Clarke and James May travel through Britain and Ireland to discover the amazing array of drinks on offer. The duo travel on to Wigan, home to probably the smallest commercial brewery in the world. Oz gets down to the dirty business of beer making, while James concentrates on beer drinking. The thirsty pair also visit the home of Newcastle Brown Ale. Surrounded by so much beer, James is inspired to create his own, and challenges Oz to a home brewing competition, before a disastrous night out in Newcastle's Bigg Market.

I saw the trailer on the TV in the office (I know posh innit) and proceeded to jump around the room like a child. Did not impress my colleague who is still pouting over the fact that James was higher in the Maxium poll than Robert Downey Iron Man! Hehehehe

Excellent! Do you mind if I ask what software you used to edit with, please? It does that all the time and it really gets on my nerves.

Excellent! Do you mind if I ask what software you used to edit with, please? It does that all the time and it really gets on my nerves. I used Solveig Multimedia AVI Trimmer to edit. It's freeware that you can easily download online. And I used "Any Video Converter" (that's what it's called) to convert it to wmv.
