Shame he can't come nearer Newcastle, or even Edinburgh - I'd be able to make either of those (and yes I do realise that there's a bit of a distance concerning those two points, yes  ). I've got to confess, I'm not sure if I'd actually want to meet him... I've met Peter Mandelson several times - and he's a very nice chap (how many people have you heard say that? ;D), but went to a Bill Wyman book signing a couple of years ago to find he was an obnoxious, patronising sod. Slightly creepy too. I'm not suggesting James is like that at all - don't get me wrong, but am very neutral on the subject of the actual 'meeting him' part. Not coming across too well here >_< Has anyone the faintest grasp of where I'm coming from? |

There is a very tiny possibility I might be able to talk my other half into going. I haven't actually asked yet! But it would mean keeping Lady Jr out way past her bedtime. Plus I have actually been off work with bronchitis all wek so there is every chance of me swooning into James' arms...Hmmm...
...wanders off to remind Lady Jr how much she enjoyed 20th Century whilst pondering on swooning possibilities...Is it possible to swoon when one is nearly 6 foot tall, or does one merely flop?
