Hey guys, Ive been so busy the last couple of days and have work tomorrow but I shall write everything up in my lunch break and post it when I get home. Hopefully my friend should have sent me the pictures by then x.

Okay so here we go this is my story of what happened
So I haven’t actually received my tickets from applause store. I was on facebook viewing one of the Top Gear Appreciation groups, when I noticed someone had mentioned that they had four tickets and needed two females. So that’s how I got tickets. (It all sounds a little scary but the guys were great and really friendly they picked us up and everything).
So we got to Dunsfold Park and queued in the car behind a Maserati, (I think it’s even the one that’s on the show). We parked up and were handed a quiz to fill in. We didn’t hand ours back though because I had no idea where to hand it. One of the applause store guys talked to everyone, thanked them for showing up and told us the waiting list was 69 years :’(
We then all stood outside the hanger with a good view of the Stig driving some of the help the heroes soldiers, who had lost limbs, around the track. By about 2pm they lead us all into the hangar and we got to have a little look around whilst they played some music for us, (I think it was Nickelback with the rockstar song and the hero one that’s in Spiderman). We were told about fire drills etc and told who the star in the reasonably priced car would be. Richard was setting up to record his piece about the Veritas RS III and another car which I can’t remember. We then watched the film about the comparison of the two cars.
(While it was playing I had a look around, as I was at the back, and guess who I spied outside the hangar doors…James May. I nearly had a heart attack).
James and Richard then have a talk about the two cars, I think there is some leaning action too. James was wearing his white shirt and brown leather jacket. Jeremy was wearing his classic shirt and dark jacket and Richard his pink shirt and waistcoat and leather jacket…(At least I think this is what they were wearing it feels so long ago).
Now it was time for the Stig to work his magic out on the track with the two cars and everyone shuffled about to get on the screen when Richard put the lap times up. I was actually shocked by the results. Erm then came the news when Jeremy came on and was mocked by the guys for not having a voice and for being Heat’s weird crush of the year, and being followed in the magazine by his boyfriend Will Young. There was mocking about Jeremy using synthetic saliva. This is when Jeremy was distracted by a woman in a low cut top, with James trying to get in on the action. Everyone ribbed James for having a really dodgy looking eye. I think they are going to show some of these outtakes after the shows aired but James said someone royal stole his etch-a-sketch and this person had sold their car to a cabby with the royals addresses in like Buckingham palace etc. Comments were made about the cabby being a terrorist and knowing these secret addresses like Heathrow airport lol. James was then further mocked for working out how many revs his Porsche had done since he owned it. Now I think it was Jez who said this but someone mentioned him working out how many strokes James had to do with his hand on a certain part of his body *cough* to get excited. Richard was then mocked for having a huge spot.
We were then shown the video of the communist cars and the segments were showed. James had to re film the beginning of the news and I was standing next to the camera he was looking into, this is when he winked at the camera and realised he was winking and everyone he looked straight at me too. Jeremy then had to walk onto the stage and walked past me touched my friend on the arm to get past. When they left the stage as well Jeremy and James both walked past me…I have never loved the smell of cigarette smoke more
We then had a break from filming, ran to get the camera out of the car, and ran back. But by the time we got back only Richard was outside so we stayed and got his autograph and a picture (I shall post these later).
We were then shown the Basingstoke Fiesta video which is immense. Corvette and Fiesta = Immense pleasure.
We were then told thank you for being there etc and if I can remember anything else I shall add it in. I haven’t even got my tickets yet. So here’s hoping…

I love this one! In recent years, it was used as the theme tune to ITV's coverage of F1 Grand Prix racing. I always wondered what song it was! ;D
