He wounded Ian Hislop! God - think of the headlines tomorrow. I bet he felt a bit bad about that. Good show though - look forward to the extended edition if there is one. Hope he made his party in time. ;D

www.dailystar.co.uk/news/view/62931/Have-I-got-bruise-for-you/Good old Daily Star. Always quick to pick up a non story. "Fiery Clarkson" "He flew into a rage....." No he didn't. He lobbed it at him like you would a mate. It was all good hearted. Still. Unusual for Jezza to be called a hero - I didn't think Hislop was that hated.

Amazingly, for the Mail, it's at least nearer the truth than the Star... apart from the 'horrified' Hislop??

Awesome episode. Funny how the papers make a hash of it when the actual thing wasn't a hash at all.

Well, I hadn't seen the programme, but I did find that clip on YouTube. Trust the Star and the Wail to over react slightly (!). There's obviously a news shortage at the moment, so they sort out their own headlines....it reminds me of a song from The Treasure Seekers. I forget which song, but it includes the line 'the editor's making up some news' LOL

I'm trying hard not to reply to them. It's pointless as these people spend all their time looking for reasons to hate people.
