Yes they grow so fast. They are 5.5 weeks now. The one on the left is that last one. Wich was so tiny that i thought it wouldn't make it but look at it now :-)

Lizzy is with the doctor because she's gonna get her surgery today so she can't have kittens anymore. I think,if she could talk,she would say that once is enough :-)
He also checked the kittens and there are 5 boy's and 2 girls. The one we wanted to keep is a boy. We thought it was a girl so we changed the name to ... JAMES because he is so fluffy. It was my husband his idea. He said :"now you can touch his hair".

We seem to have found ourselves with a little kitty in the house....found her when on a walk with the husband Monday, and no one's called to claim her.
She's a little 'un, maybe 6 months old? Thin, clean, friendly. Dark grey and white. The girlie and I are having a wonderful time sending name possibilities back and forth. My choices have been:
Fog, Hepzibah and Puff (our dog is Spot).She's leaning towards: Smudge, Max, and Maggie.
We shall see. The husband is pretending to mind. We're not buying his act, and he looks cute when she cuddles on his knee. Photos soon after a run to the vet for a check up.

James the kitten is simply adorable. (And Mellys husband sounds great, too. ;D ) And yay for Melly, being a responsible cat owner. Unfortunately, there are too many unwanted kittens in the world, and taking steps to avoid adding to the number is a Very Good Thing TM. Also, yay for kt, taking in one of those previously unwanted kittens. I bet she'll reward you several times over for that in the future. Pepsi looks quite regal. He's got dignity and poise, that boy. |

Oh pepsi is so cute !!! Looks like my Lizzy but she is way too skinny at the moment. I put her in another room so she can eat alone because she always let her kittens eat first and then she take's the rest,that's not good for her. Later today i will put some pictures of the other kittens here.

So glad she found a home. There are so many in the high kill shelters and each rescue is one less of the street and safe. Can't wait for a picture.

Rescuing a little lost cat like that is a brilliant thing to do. I hope you'll have a long, happy time together. I'll just be in the corner, quietly weeping into my cat-free pillow... I love my new life, but a house without a cat is just not really home... |

Oh Wyvern he's a spoilt boy too, gets everything he wants and when he wants it. I was going to keep him as a house cat but he started looking out and now he's never in. He's started now to kill birds and bring them to me.

We got an text message today from a young woman who heard from a friend of her that we have kittens so she came over and she took one home. And she's such a nice woman. Her cat died a couple of weeks ago and she told us how much that hurts and that her cat,she called Martha,helped her during her pregnancy because she had to stay in bed for 9 months and her cat was her everything. She already send me a picture of our kitten and she looks so happy. I'm so glad that she found a good home.
