Is it just me or does Hammond look like he's finally grown up? There was just something about him this episode that I can't quite put my finger on... Yes. And I'm very quickly coming to the conclusion that whatever it is, I'd quite like to put my finger on it... Is there a thread for Post Contender of the Year? Nice one, Wy I really liked this ep - the invading-air-space thing looked real to me. James looked terrified of potentially being mowed down by a little shuttle plane... Some nice screencap ops in there too Yay Lancia as a choice! - I actually voted for Ford, but seeing we don't have Lancias here (actually, do we?) it kind of skipped my mind. (and v nice to see the return of the Black Shiny Watch, too. Not that I took that much notice. Ahem. ) 8/10!

i dont know why, but this episode seemed to go faster than the others Yeah I thought that too.... odd huh? Also does anyome know what James was saying at the end of it over the credits while Jeremy was doing the programme sign out? That they were all laffing at? I couldn't hear it properly.

They were going on about how long it would take Jeremy to build the kit Stratos - basically not by the end of the show. Or "...on that bombshell". Or by the time the credits started rolling etc. Good to see a bit of seemingly ad-lib in their camaraderie

Watched this last night and a good all round episode. The airship segment was great fun although the car was much more interesting. Liked Chris Evans as a guest and the Lancia segment was interesting.

I liked this one a lot.Much better than last week. I was interested to see how they edited the airship piece.Living literally around the corner from Norwich airport and hearing the racket the police helicopter was making,it became obvious that the two segments were filmed on separate days as James was in Norwich early on that morning not late in the afternoon. My only disappointment was that this was the show I'd hoped to get tickets for.Next year it is then.
