I suppose I should intro myself here, since I've spent quite a few days lurking!

To be honest, my love for James only bloomed when my love for a certain Doctor died. (a very natural death. I find myself incapable of maintaining a crush on a properly married man. It was good while it lasted, DT.)

I find a celebrity crush is a great way to feel happy and silly. Sure, it's unlikely I'll ever meet him, but it's great for the fantasy life and sheer fun.

Plus, I've learned more than I ever thought I would about Plasticine, Meccano, and Scalextric.

Hi all ;-) I´m new here in this part of the world, just wanted to introduce myself. I am 31 years old, from Denmark and my roommate pointed me in this direction and said "you might like this place" I do !

I am studying to be a nurse, share a flat with my study-mate and besides Top Gear I´m crazy about Snooker (Neil Robertson, Mark Allen and Matthew Stevens are my favourites). I love to cook, read books, being outdoors and listen to music. Pulp and Nick Cave are the ones on top of my playlists at the moment.

I am terribly shy but I think I am in the right place, so I feel safe to confess that I am a huge JM admirer *puts up hand*

Anyhow, I am 38 years young/old (depends on how you look on it) and of Dutch origin living in Germany <--- no jokes on that please, the DO make great cars

I am married, have a son, a dog and two cats. Used to have a lot of horses, but as we are planning to return (safely) back to the Netherlands again and I don't have the time anymore, I sold them all when I got pregnant.

I don't know how much I'll actually post here (I haven't been a member of a message board in AGES) but I thought I might as well introduce myself, just in case. I've been lurking here for a month or two, but not posting.

My name is Laura, I'm a 22 year old student from America. I've only gotten into Top Gear in the last 6 months when series 2-15 were put on to Netflix. I've been "acquiring" the newest episodes by other means. It seems to take BBC America ages to air new episodes, and when they do they've edited the heck out of them. My favorite presenter is definitely James, though I have been known to occasionally like Richard or Jeramy.

I'm in my final year as a visual arts and English literature double major, and have about 6 years experience working with Photoshop...so that could come in handy somewhere around here.
