Taking a break with a Chicago dog of my own making. My cousins in Chicago sent me some Vienna Beef hot dogs so I got out the poppy seed buns and the celery salt. One alteration, I'm using Raye's Mustard from Maine. Thank you again DMC. It's a transcontinental snack.

I have a cold. So I'm sipping a rather delicious apricot and ginger cordial ( just purchased)mixed with hot water. The ginger cuts right through the clag and it's really very fruity too.

I'm drinking some mulled wine from my Get Excited and Make Things mug. This has the added bonus that I can now throw away 3 previously half/almost enpty wine bottles

Aw, how pretty are your cupcakes, Nat. It's finally cool enough here that I may bake something. For the sake of my family, I'll keep it simple and make chocolate chip cookies. It's very hard to mess that up.

I got some hot chocolate with mint and then I add cool whip or the expensive stuff that you shake and squeeze. That commercial about oil or cream.

I've never seen Chocomel outside The Netherlands (or Cecemel in Belgium), we have chocolate milk, but it's nowhere near as good, Chocomel is much creamier - that's why I always load the car up with it if I'm over there. ;D

Mother was looking for Wild Cherry Stimorol chewing gum, and it was only available on one website where they sell international candy/drinks as well, so I ordered my brother and myself some things as well. DMC made me addicted to the Reese's Peanut Butter thingies, so I bought them twice, only these are a bit different. It are sticks and cups. Going to try a cup now. ;D

I was in Sainsburys earlier, a rare visit for me, but they have 20% off IAMS, which is worth going there for!, and they had their Spinach & Goat's Cheese Flamme in stock. They also had a huge lemon cheesecake reduced to £1.00. I tried very hard to eat half of the flamme, but it just wasn't possible. I ate the other half as well.
So far I've managed to eat just over a quarter of the cheesecake. It's wonderful but the use by date is today and I have no-one to share it with.
If you see yuk all over the screen, you'll know I've exploded.
