Ahhh, that was nice. Now, I'm going to have to run that one over a few times and then save it away for a rainy day.

Was that the jumper that James said was very expensive, but it didn't look right on him? (Or words to that effect)

Even if he didn't say it doesn't look good on him, he should have said it. It's not my favorite by a long shot!
Love Hammond's silent commentary! ;D

The brekkie telly clip where James was taling about Toy Stories.... at the end the presenter asked James if he was clever and the reply was he had been a slacker at school. out of curiosity, does anyone know what qualifications he actually achieved, apart from the degree? Just call me nosey

He must have achieved three 'A' levels to get into uni. He was probably one of those bright kids who don't have to study day and night to pass exams.

Just call me nosey I was curious too. Until I saw the last 5 seconds when he answered the question. That made me uncomfortable for him. Is he just being modest? As somebody else mentioned he went to college, you need decent scores on whatever tests they used 30 years ago like our SAT and ACT.

Speaking as someone who went to university several years before James, yes you do need three A levels ( the higher the grade the better.) As he did a music degree he would also have to have studied to at least grade 8 standard for music and theory, plus probably have to do an entrance audition. I am sure he is modest about his achievements, even if he does describe himself as a 'slacker.'

I agree with Eshalda, min 3 A's and grade 8, no mean feat in itself! Modest is an understatement ;D bless him

Thanks for that Dit. I like to see candid moments like that, the quick check of the 'phone the slight adjustment of clothes etc.
