I have a driving license... I could try selling TOH... Nah, I wouldn't get enough for him. You might make enough if you just sell the organs. I hear these are highly regarded on the black market! ;D If only...I had the money...I didn't live so far away...and James was the take-home prize!

If I only had a drivers licence... and I'm sure selling some organs, friends and a sibling would raise the funds towards the mass-mayhemer buying! ;D

Come on ladies lets all chip in and see how mayhemers you can get in a Lambourghini ;D with James of course LOL!! Have you seen the inside of a Lambo?! There's no room to swing a gerbil, let alone a cat! ;D Back on topic, I have a driving licence, and I have circuit driving experience, but sadly, no money. I'm struggling to find a spare £16 these days, never mind £16,000, which is a shame, because I love driving around race circuits. Oh well, c'est la vie.

At that price I'm not surprised it's not gone, sorry but in some ways it's sought of annoyed me actually, so I could make an offer.....and see though no doubt I'd be laughed off this planet

Wow, a dream come true, an oppertunity to spend a day with James in a racing car.
*heart skips several beats*
Now where's my last bank statement - oh cock - way too short of funds!
On a more serious note this doesn't fit with the way James seems to like to get the ordinary person involved with his activities. Only the filthy rich will be able to afford this. We should all be able to chip in with much smaller amounts (say a set fee) and then let it go to a ballot.

Well, it is for charity. It's not like this is his way of saving up for a new Lambo or some other boy's toy. He is kindly donating a very rare day off to hang out with people he doesn't even know. I'm not sure if I would be doing that if I was as bussy as he is.

agreed for charity, BUT only part of this goes to charity, and if I had the dosh, sorry but they'd get it all not part of, and what charity sorry to be a pain in the arse.....maybe because I've not got the £16 grand required ;D

I take your point Linden but my idea of everybody putting in much smaller amounts would still raise a total of £16,000 (or even more if James's is popularity is anything to go by - look how many 'ordinary' people go to TGL) and the money could still go to charity but at least it wouldn't just be the 'elite' who get the chance to spend a day having fun.

Does it mention anywhere which charity is being supported? I have looked but could see no mention.

Does it mention anywhere which charity is being supported? I have looked but could see no mention. I had a look at www.celebritybid.com/, but am none the wiser. It looks like celebrities can pick their own charity, but the day out with James looks like it is part of a bigger scheme. Have a look at shop.ebay.co.uk/celebritybids/m.html?_nkw=&_armrs=1&_from=&_ipg=25There have hardly been any bids so far for any of the "meet&greets". I guess more people find it all a bit confusing and unclear.

Don't fancy lunch with Digby, but if I couldn't have James I'd love tea with Michael Potillo, esecially after watching his fantastic railway journeys programme
