 I just screencapped this bit of the "Top Gear Awards" from S03E08, because James looks so freakin' cute there. Richard was busting up laughing while James was playing "Pomp And Circumstances" before announcing a category winner. It amazes me how clean-cut, proper, and tidy James May looked in the early series of Top Gear. His sort of nerdy side was closer to the surface, at least sartorially. Now, he is confident to act more geeky, but dresses more artsy or casual. He hardly ever wears a jacket and trousers of the same fabric at the same time anymore! |

My internet has been slow so I totally missed the pic on the wharf. Today it stopped altogether, but then started again, who knows what's going on with it. Now I've seen it, I think it is one of the nicest ones of the trio.
