Yea, I was wondering that myself too about that sp00n.. (why are we not allowed to say that?) And... too much carbs? What's that? Well, "sp00n" is a dirty word because it refers to a position, I think? Last thing people would think, though...  And carbs=carbohydrates, trying to avoid those on my diet  |

Oh hmmm, weird, I didn't think about it at all, about the position, I mean, there are LOADS of words that refer to a position, but then... why would you otherwise use the word "sp00n" on this forum? ;D Yea, only one of the last pics.. Actually, believe it or not, proboards blocks 'sp00n' because part of it is apparently very rude slang for ladies bits in some parts of America. I've always found this website (below) very useful when I don't understand why words get censored on the net, though don't go there if you're easily offended! (As they say on TV, 'strong language is used from the very start') Try looking 'sp00n' up starting from the 'p'. www.urbandictionary.com/ |

I've always found this website (below) very useful when I don't understand why words get censored on the net, though don't go there if you're easily offended! A food utensil that I use to eat yogurt and ice cream is a bad word? For my private parts? HUH? What? Never heard of it. I've heard the term used for two people lying in bed in a "food utensil" kind of way. [shaking my head.....I seem to be shaking my head a lot lately]...I suppose the word "cup" will be next to be labelled bad. |

It's the 'p00n' bit that's the problem.
There's a town in Lincolnshire called Sthingyhorpe, pronounced Scun - thorpe
Proboard alters it when I type the whole word in (see above), but is fine with Sc*nthorpe. Or Scu*thorpe.
