It's still there. Have you got QuickTime installed on your computer? Yes Wy. Got no idea why it won't play. That is a bit of a mystery. I'd suggest checking for updates, in case your installation has either somehow corrupted (possible, given the computer problems you've been having over recent weeks) or you need a more up-to-date version of the software. Irritatingly, although I know it's there, I can't get it to play properly because QuickTime doesn't seem to sit happily with the rest of my system. It's all jumpy and pixellated, which is very annoying. However, as I can't be arsed to sort it out, I'll have to put up with it. QuickTime never streams properly for me, I must have a dodgy firewall setting or something! |

I believe it is. If that's what you're on, I'd suggest trying uninstalling and reinstalling it. You don't have trouble with any other streaming media, because you can watch things on the TG website and although they're offered in Windows Media and RealPlayer formats, they're still streaming (i.e. they play directly from the server, you don't get to save them to your PC), so you can't have a block on streaming media or anything like that.

Installed it Wy and it's doing the same for me as it is for you stalling and breaking up pixal wise. Well, this is an improvement - you do at least now have Quicktime functioning. It could be a network congestion issue or it could be something in the setup of your machine, as I suspect it is with mine. You could try going into the settings and turning off the one that makes it play automatically, so it buffers at least some of the clip before it starts. If it's anything like mine, it won't help much, but it may be worth a go. |

Does it not work on either for you? |
