Apparently, according to Final Gear, episode 3 is silly but mainly funny and James' segment is good.
One of the regular contributors on there, MWF, has got tickets for episode 4 and has written
I wonder how Wilman is going to react when I hand him a jar of Patak's Rogan Josh sauce and tell him that's how you make a decent Indian Special!
Which I'm afraid made me laugh like the proverbial drain.

According to some who attended filming (including our own Andypanty) our boy is carrying an injury this week, having fallen down the stairs at home. Sounds like he was a bit of a trooper even to turn up.

Broken sternum? That can be serious, though the fact that he was allowed to record the show suggests it's hopefully not the worse level of that injury (or there's a very harsh taskmaster at TG)
I know this injury can take weeks or even months to mend, so I suspect he's not going to be doing any strenuous physical stuff on the show for the time being.
Poor lamb, he must be feeling very sorry for himself. I'm sure we all hope he's being well looked after and cossetted, and we send our very best wishes that he'll feel a bit better soon.

Yeow! A classmate in my Japanese class broke her sternum.
That is definitely not something to take lightly.

Yikes! That's a nasty injury. His activities are going to be limited for a while.
ETA: Further quote from Final Gear: "So every laugh James makes is an unbearable pain for his sternum?"
"Pretty much. It was obvious he was in pain, and they had to wait for him to recover a couple of times during the filming. Poor man."

When I first saw it, not knowing it was from the 18.4 rehearsal, I couldn't quite interpret it. Looking at it now, it's quite feasible that he's thinking, "Put it down, you silly bugger, you don't have to prove anything", or words to that effect. |

James looks a bit flushed but that's normal. Body temp does go up a bit when you're wounded.

Info from MWF on FG regarding guests for the rest of the series
Had a lengthy chat with Wilman at the end of today's filming.
18x05 is current Dr Who, Matt Smith.
They have nobody booked for 18x06! They aren't panicking, yet.
18x07? Axl Rose is flying over from the US just to appear on the show.
Plus
Lewis Hamilton is due to be at Dunsfold for other purposes in March. If they get the chance they will pre-record a dry lap with him in the Lacetti.
If the schedules permit once he has finished filming Die Hard 5 in Russia then Bruce Willis.
Also, interestingly, apparently someone talking to Wilman said "India?" and the response with a pained expression was "Don't. Just don't"
