Top Gear host James May has admitted that he looked a little silly after he was snapped using his phone while at the wheel.
The presenter was pictured using his iPhone at the wheel of his £80,000 Porsche 911, The Sun reported.
James, who hosts the BBC show with Jeremy Clarkson and Richard Hammond, wrote on Twitter: "Cack. I used my mobile phone in the car yesterday.
"I hope no-one took a picture and sent it to The Sun. I'd look a right c**k."
A witness who sent the image to The Sun said that May was on the phone for around a minute before he noticed that he had been spotted.
The newspaper said that a BBC Top Gear spokesman declined to comment.
