I'm very much in a David Mitchell state of mind again. I was at a taping of HIGNFY last night and the lovely Mr Mitchell was guest host. I'd forgotten how pretty his eyes are, but goodness, they're pretty. It was also the first time I's seen his beard in anything but still photos, and I have to say grrrrr... it really suits him. I should have worn a bib...

My mind rarely strays, but I watched the Royal Variety Show on TV during the week and there was a sequence where Nicole Scherzinger sang 'Phantom of the Opera' (very well, actually) with four 'Phantoms' who are playing/have played the role. One of them was John Owen-Jones, who I was rather taken with, partly because he reminds me a little bit of a certain gentleman - could almost be a younger brother - and he also seems to have that gentleman's dress sense.   |

I think his neck is quite elongated and the beard hides that. And LOVE HIM in Peep Show (I do think that Mark Corrigan is the male version of me). Speaking of HIGNFY, Paul Merton does it for me like.
