1) If there was one romantic film you could be forced to watch and half enjoy, what would it be? 2) Who is your hero? 3) As a Londoner, do you actually own an Oyster card? 4) If there was one book you wish you have written, what would it be?

Good questions, DD! You snuck the middle one in there amongst the more erudite ones, cheeky!!! Imagine that, horror of horrors, he has some clothes we don't know about? How would 'we' cope? (non-inclusive we, non-royal, excluding myself in other words!!!!!)

Hello all, I would probably ask.................. Would you recommend being a TV presenter? And can I have a photo taken with you please? And what is your favorite song and singer? And why to the first and last questions. But I wouldn't ask him "If you could have any other job in the world what would it be" because it might give him ideas... By the way some very good questions everyone! ;D :)xX~LPS~Xx

Dischuffed? That is the best word I've ever come across to describe that feeling of 'meh' when I look in the mirror. I like it. Dischuffed. Yes. I am dischuffed with... well, pretty much everything from the waist down, with one possible exception - at least, 3 weeks out of 4, anyway!

I like 'dischuffed' too. In that case, can the opposite of chuffing fantastic, be dischuffing awful?

James, do you find people watching your every move/word/change of clothes disturbing?

Not that he needs to replace anything actually he's perfect the way he is. I was thinking more along the lines that we are all dischuffed with something on our bodies, I wondered if James was the same? He's mentioned that he thinks he has a strangely-shaped lower body: I don't remember his exact wording, but it was in the Telegraph column where he wrote that he only buys jeans at The Gap, because they're the only jeans that fit his unique proportions. [Don't let your minds go into the gutter, girls!]

James, do you find people watching your every move/word/change of clothes disturbing? LOL, Inky! Is this rhetorical! Well, I suppose he could find a very diplomatic, gentlemanly and polite way of dealing with this! Or maybe he'd come up with his own original version of 'Is the Pope a Catholic?!' ;D

Awww! That's a nice one. If I was to meet James any time soon I'd ask him if he knew of any exciting new Hornby trains out just now. My son's 18th birthday is coming up and I am looking for something a bit special. He always gets a train for his birthday but usually picks it himself so it's never a surprise. If James recommended something it would be a big surprise.I'd be ever so grateful.

I have so many questions to ask him. He did answer one of them on DT, since I'm interested in visiting Damascus later on in life. Speaking of toys, (I love trains too, Suzie ), I've always wanted to ask him if he's ever blackened out the Etchu-sketch his older sister had on a very boring rainy day, just to see what the inner workings look like. I'm just wondering.

When was the last time someone told you they loved you? Aww bless, DD, ever sentimental and romantic! I bet if he was telepathic, he'd be getting that message pretty regularly. ;D

If the man was telepathic there'd be a chorus of hundreds of voices in his head contantly sayin I looooove youuuuu in a creepy ghostly spooky way...

I would ask him why he insists on making my life hell. This is a man that walks around in his underwear, blames me if he is late, insists on watching what he wants to watch on our Televisor and sings 'don't stop me now' when he cooks. And you all like this buffoon?

I assume the singing is in tune, this being James May? Cant it be something a little more classical? I wouldnt mind being woken by Nella Fantasia
