Poor bunny! At least they found the other problems before they've become problems... if you see what I mean. That's really sweet of him to keep the lunch date!
DD, they do it with keyhole surgery these days, so there's no 3 month can't do anything recuperation period like there would have been for you! My friend had her's out a couple of years before you & even when she'd forgotten about it, we spent a morning riding our bikes about & she was back in bed in the afternoon! He'll probably be up & running (maybe not actually running) again in a week or so.
Don't know what they have to do for the kidney stones though.
