I had a bumper sighting this morning!... two Boxsters, two Lacettis and a Hummer!... all within the space of a couple of mins... yeah, ok, not exactly mindblowing, but if you knew my journey to work, it's pretty amazing!!

Hello, This girl I know went in a Hummer limo to the prom she went to! It was black and was really huge (not just length). :)xX~LPS~Xx

Hi LPS, That's really cool. I saw one in California at the beginning of the month. May have been Arnold. I wish I had taken a camera, but I was following my brother at the time.

Hello Maureen , I know! We have a picture of it in our kitchen with some photos of her dress. It's a shame that you couldn't get a picture of the one you saw, it would have been really good. I don't know how to put our picture on here because it is a laminated photo. :)xX~LPS~Xx

Of course, I've been lazy about downloading the pictures I took on my holiday. Husband has to work this weekend, so I'll try then. I'd love to show you and everyone else the wonderful car I hired in the state. It wasn't the 1981 model I fell in love with, but I loved it just the same. <3

The limo company near where I work has a Hummer limo. If I'm completely honest, I think it's hideous! But, I can see how people would enjoy it and as I've said before, it would be a very dull world if we all liked the same things. And a prom is a much better reason for having a limo than a lot of them... I usually see drunken stag and hen parties hanging various body parts out of the windows of them around here My favourite one is an old fire engine that has been refurbished as a limo!

I was in Chicago with some friends once and we decided to have a "big night out" and rented a limo. When they pulled up to our hotel, it was a Hummer. We laughed so hard. it was truely ugly and so big. The 4 of us rattled around inside of it. The driver was cool though and we had a good time.

Shortly off of the A-11, heading into Thetford this evening, I saw a redish brown Rolls. It was beautiful. I'm not sure what year it was, but it looked almost like the one James was driving in episode 5.

I went to the British Motor Show yesterday and it was such a good day out! There were lots of gorgeous cars - and lots of freebies, which is always good! ;D Here are some photos... The Furai... A Lotus for Wy! and a Spyker for Dutch! And the stunning Alpha 8C! (My picture really doesn't do it justice, I'm not a photographer! ) But the coolest of the lot... the Top Gear Police cars! ;D

Fab piccies TG3! The new Lotus is very pretty But what were they thinking when they called it the Evora? The pre-release name was the Eagle, I thought that worked... but Evora sounds rather too much like a horrid disease. I have already christened it the Lotus Ebola in my head But the Furai... stunning... and the 8c... well, I'd have had to have been restrained from licking it. And the police cars ;D

Wow, fantastic pics! They certainly came out better than mine did. It was great to see the TG police cars, of course, but last night I saw another police car with a difference...a Police Smart car!!! It had the full Police livery, but it was unmistakeably a Smart car! ;D Of all the cars that the Rozzers could be driving around in, they chose that one!

My brother took his boys to the Motor Show today. He got a few photos but I've only seen them on the camera & I'd be surprised if he remembers to e-mail any of them to me! However, I am now the proud owner of a TG carrier bag!

I remember first hearing James use it during the train vs. Aston Martin race to Monte Carlo, when he was talking to Jezza on the phone. "...I think he's been nicked by the Rozzers...have they stopped you?" ;D

I had a very pleasing sighting today. Nothing that exotic, but the experience was very pleasant indeed. On my way to work, I saw a lovely Ford ASBO Focus ST today. It was black with silver stripes. I gawped. I didn't realise I was staring, but much like with the Lotus the other week, the driver did... and OMG, what a driver. Very cute, spikey haired chap (mid-to-late 20s, I'd guess) in a bright green t-shirt. He gave me a lovely smile as he roared off. Made my day

Oohh I seen something brilliantly stupid today! A big Land Rover reversed over one of the bendy bollard things and got it stuck underneath the car. Instead of reversing right back to get out he slammed his foot down on the accelerator and his whole bumper came off! The exhaust pipe was trailing on the ground, the back lights where scattered everywhere and as the guy tried to drive off again he nearly hit a biker I had just turned my phone off or else I would have made a video

Okay, you're going to think this is boring. Today on the bus ride, I was watching caravaners, in the off chance I'd spot James and Oz. Nope. No Rolls towing a Sprite. However, I did see a few of the typical Volvos towing caravans.

On the way to work this morning I saw a silver Porsche Carrera with a black ragtop. I've seen it parked from time to time, but it is the first time I've seen it in use. Bit of a shame, actually, the driver was a sensible looking 50-something with no hair. Nice to see it moving, though. Then on the way home as I was waiting to cross the road, a Lotus Elise had to stop at the crossing, so I got a really good look. It was a dark gold metallic and very pretty, but as I've said before, I do have a bit of a soft spot for Lotuses. Anyway, I crossed the road and looked back to watch it pull away... and immediately realised that he was driving an automatic as it was about as quick to get moving as I am first thing on a morning. Pretty, pretty car though. Further up the road I saw an absolutely magnificent old gold 3.6 XJS. It was grubby and wheezing and it just had so much character. Of the three interesting sightings today, I think it was the one that appealed to me on a personal level most of all. Not sure why, it was clearly on the verge of falling apart.
