I thoroughly enjoy it. It was quite a mesmerising programme. The techonology was fascinating and seeing how the robotics work was more tangible than the virtual aspect of robotics. I suppose it is like being on here. We, to an extent are virtual beings until we put down our own thoughts (apart from tone which is always hard to read from these posts) .
The life logging is being used as part of an experiment for Alzheimers and Dementia patients to remind them what they did during that day.
I can see how James was looking at those pictures of what he had done. Maybe, if something was out of the ordinary or really important like the birth of a child or your wedding day then I could see how it would be useful. I'd be weary of everyday normal things as they'd blur into one.

As much as I like the idea of an Asimo, I'll stick to my computer. That is more than enough electronics to to going on with. ;D

That's all. No offence.

I know. I don't want to pry in his private life or anything that may annoy him.

I have been busy this weekend and still haven't managed to catch the first episode on the internet. I am taking Tuesday off work to "run errands and clean house". If you need me I'll be around, lol.

I LOVE IT!!! That was great. Thankfully, I massaged husband into a deep sleep, so he wasn't yacking away like last Sunday. He gets very excited about technology and science. I needed peace and quiet, especially while James was playing the piano - very intoxicating and mesmerizing (like MG's new avi ). <3 The lady in the robot suit is verrrrrrrryyy lucky. I think any one of us would've been happy to be in her place while he put his arms around her. I totally enjoyed the whole thing. I did enjoy the lifelog and did recognize certain things in it. And my husband was disappointed that he fell asleep. I recognize some of the areas in Tokyo and Dublin that he visited. How cool. No worries, I taped it, so he'll get to see the rest that he didn't sleep through.

Woohoo! Someone got a torrent up already! I won't link it but it's on Mininova. Someone on Mininova commented that the vid/sound quality was bad, so don't bother to download this one. And it's an mp4 files as well, not an avi. Last week, a guy on Final Gear put an avi torrent up. I'll put the link here once I have spotted it and will try to megaupload it for those of you who are not into torrents. (Although you really should. )

OMG what an aboslutely brilliant program! Haven't read previous entries on this thread so apols for repeating anything but OMG excellent content and brilliant, gorgoeus James!!! He really was like a kid in a fantastic mechanical toy shop! Was I the only one screaming at the telly to that woman to be careful with him when she picked him up!! Love him in that yellow plaid shirt (becoming one of my favs!) and those lovely bum hugging jeans ( ) when he was teaching Osimo about his Grandpa - sweeeeeet!!!! And the best - watching James playing the piano, that gorgeous smile he gave over the top of the music. Left me in a pile of drool! Absolutely brilliant!!!!!

You should be able to view the mp4 on your PC, although I don't think the quality is as good as the typical avi file.
