It seems to be part of Cab Night on BBC4 - celebrating the Taxi and their drivers so I'm hoping it's a new piece specially filmed.

Wonder why James and Richard were not involved when they did thire cabbing bit for Top Gear? Maybe thats exactly why they're not. They've done it before, Jezzer hasn't.

From Radio Times online: Tiff Needell trawls through the archives of the car magazine programme. Jeremy Clarkson tries his hand at being a taxi driver. Steve Berry patrols the streets of Bolton in an American yellow cab. Quentin Wilson tests the TX1- London's latest taxi. Doesn't sound like new footage!

Have you? * For the rest of you, that's the cable company in this area.

I didn't realise they'd re-jigged the schedule. I missed it. Just been lying on the sofa watching taxi drivers.

I didn't see it at all. I was ready at 11pm (yes 1 hour ahead in Holland) and nothing. I was just watching somebody drive a taxi. 20 minutes later.... still the same man. Around that time I was tired that I went to sleep. I hate digital tvguide

All in all, a bit of a disappointment?... firstly, it was on at 9.00 not 10.00 as per tv guide (I only spotted this when I looked on Sky menu, but didn't have pc access to let y'all know), and secondly, not enough JC!! Glad I didn't record it!!
