Did anyone notice that the music in the background of Nick Clegg's party political broadcast the other night was the same as Jeremy's infamous "Is this the end of Top Gear?" Aston Martin drive? It's cropping up all over the place.

That's it, Eno. I remembered all the posts about his work a few months ago, but couldn't find them or remember who it was. Speaking of Cleggy, this sort of thing is (inevitably) appearing. There's more if anyone wants them.

Is it wrong to slightly fancy Cleggy? It is isn't it!!!! *runs away* Yep - I see it! Whilst I don't lust after him, he is attractive - no doubt! BTW - Elbow are fabulous and Guy Garvey is a bit of a hero of mine. Whilst I love Seldom Seen Kid I prefer Leaders of the Free World. Much of that album is about his broken heart (he had been dating Edith thingy the Scottish DJ) and the songs are beautiful. In my umble opinion he writes poetically. See them live if you can - there's a kind of honesty about them which draws you in.

So Wrong It's Right. I'm in pain from laughing so hard at the suggestions for 'wrong' reality tv shows. I'm not sure whether 'Blaze of Granny' or 'Heaven Is A Place On Earth' is the more wrong...

I have. Poor bugger ;D He is always good though, and his books are among the big pile of 'things I will read when I'm no longer a student'. At the moment I'm desperately trying to find an affordable copy of 'TV Go Home' and 'Unnovations' but so far, no joy. They're about £40 each these days!

I caught a bit of "Martha's Harbour" by All About Eve on the car radio this afternoon, so I've just put it up on Youtube and sat outside with a glass of wine to listen to it. It must be the heat getting to me because it's so beautiful I've gone all weepy. It's the music of course, which is so lovely, and the way it's sung, but the words of the chorus seem to have got to me somehow... "You are an ocean wave my love Crashing at the bow I am a galley slave my love If only I could find out the way To sail you... Maybe I'll just stow away..." If you don't know it, try it and tell me what you think. www.youtube.com/watch?v=LCuSo8q7HnI(original song with fanpics) www.youtube.com/watch?v=y9k0opZUpf4(Top of the Pops performance - great, but has rather intrusive applause at the end) .

Football? I've heard of that, but sadly our team hasn't. Nice version. Having just watched Glee I now have a deep desire to download To Sir With Love. ;D

www.youtube.com/watch?v=6UmoCbWIZBYGeorge Michael's version of the Stevie Wonder song. This comes courtesy of an ex boyfriend of mine, who loved George Michael's stuff (as well as The Eagles). I was never too keen on George personally, but I do love this song.

Far superior to the tiny antipodean lady's version ;D ;D ;D and here it is www.youtube.com/watch?v=hbrpsan8mTQ
