It does look good and I think it is his only nice leather jacket, the others - sorry, James - look distinctly iffy.

Negative comment from the Radio Times
'I followed the two previous series of the Oz Clarke/James May wine adventures and, although I admire Oz for trying to educate viewers about drinking better-quality produce, I've become concerned that the programme is pandering to those who drink to get drunk. The RT feature invited us 'to join Oz and James for a drink - or three' and Oz said, 'True to form, James May got marvellously, heroically drunk', while the preview from' the Top Gear presenter gets sloshed at every opportunity'.
At a time when we're being urged to drink more sensibly, I don't wish to see more examples of James and/or Oz drunk'
Right Mr Bowtell of Hampshire, they were responsible, yes they were two men who got a bit drunk and no they were not advocating for people getting so drunk they can't see straight and pass out in the gutter in their own vomit. That extremely frightens me. Drinking to get a bit drunk/giggly to enjoy yourself is allowed! They aren't hurting anyone nor are they getting violent with anyone. They were never seen drinking and driving either before you have a go at them.
*sigh* Rant over ;D

Thanks for the link to that article, LC. I'm glad they enjoyed having Oz and James visit. Have Sky box and tape ready for tonight's offering, which I dreamed about this weekend. Can't wait.

Aww. James in his dark place with his whiskey full of sadness and lonliness. I'd like to take James to a dark place...... ahem. Anyway. Another good prog. I long for Scotland now, as I will for Ireland next week.

I wish they had been allowed to make hour long episodes. I love this series, but it feels so rushed at times. Aaaaw, James is so lyrical when he's had a few. I hope Andy has noticed this as welll.

I'm not longing for Scotland, but I am longing for a glass or six of good whisky. I loved the delight at the haggis - it's great stuff

It was a very good episode it went by too quickly and James and Oz seemed to enjoy the black satin blindfolds The Islay Whiskey distillation was fascinating, seen vodka made but sadly couldn't try it . Next week looks to be a very interesting programme. Hour episodes would be interesting thing to look into *hint* and I liked James's musings of the whiskey.
