Right now, I'm very happy indeed! ;D As some of you may know, I had a job interview last week, on account of the impending closure of my casino, and the resulting need for me to find alternative work. The interview followed an internal application for a job working with the CCTV that monitors all my employer's casinos across the country. I've just had a phone call telling me that I've got the job! ;D So, not only is my employment status more secure than it has been for some time, it also means a pay rise of £3500 per year. Fantastic! *does happy dance* ;D  |

Yes, it is security, and it should be a good job.  As I understand it, it will be 12-hour shifts, either 8am-8pm, or vice versa, which means both day and night shifts. It also means no more travelling in the middle of the night. I think it's something like three days on, three days off, and I'll also get weekends off every so often. At the moment, I need to take holiday time if I want the weekend off.  |

It's really happening for you now isn't it? Better job, more money, possibly a nice house... once that ball of good luck starts rolling it'll keep on going! I've seen it happen for many people, unfortunally it's never me but I'm dead happy for you girl!
