Ok, you have to get to question 110. You get three lives, answer three questions wrong, you go back to the beginning. After a certain amount of questions, you get a skip, but use it wisely. Grrrrr!!! I have an IQ of around 140 (according to the most recent test I took), and yet I find this quiz damn near impossible to do! How can that be?!  A few of the answers I know or can understand after a bit of thought, but most of the time the only way I can progress is to fail repeatedly, learn the correct answers by process of elimination, and then click on said answers on the next attempt. On a few questions, I still don't understand the answers; I only know they're correct because the quiz says so! Normally I have a very logical mind, but this is almost beyond me. Honestly! How can someone so intelligent be defeated by something so basic?! It's pathetic! *shakes head* |

Ah, but intelligence and aptitude are not the same thing, and there's more than one type of logic. One thing I've noticed you don't always 'get' is lateral thinking, because you tend to have a very direct type of thought process - and there's nothing at all wrong with that.

I think you're probably right there, Wy. Mind you, I can think laterally if the steps involved in the process are clear to me; if I can 'see' them, as it were. Unfortunately, the steps are not always so obvious to me, so I can't always get to the answer. I know there's a logic there somewhere, but sometimes I can't for the life of me see what it is, unless it's pointed out to me. Hey ho. |

I made it to around 49 (the question after the jigsaw) before I bombed out again & gave up. I have the right sort of brain for some of the questions but did have a little help from the other sofa...

On my first attempt, I bombed out on the very first question! I still don't understand the correct answer - I just know I have to click on it in order to progress. I don't think I've yet made it to question 30, so I'm not doing very well. |

I remember, absolutely ages ago, me and my friend played this for a couple of hours (sad I know... ;D) I got bored and very impatient after a while, but my friend is an incredibly determined person, and she managed to get up to question 103... but that question was so bad we couldn't get past it  (yes, I was so marvelled at her ability to get that far I had gained interest again!) She looked up the answers on the internet though, so it was just cheating!! ;D |

I had to Google the place names question and a couple I had to skip because I just couldn't figure them out, but some of them are just odd!
