Right, been on the phone to a very very difficult customer and they can stay in here to rot. All I was doing was trying to help and they were more trouble than Jeremy and a power tool. I hope they get piles. It's a north south divide  I feel much better |

Omg! Cycling home from getting groceries, clearly indicated where I was going and some idiotic taxi driver turns the corner at the same time as me even tho he was in a give way area....smashed right into me and drove of!!! :@ Where's Jeremy with his gun when you need him. Rant over.

Yeah I'm fine. I thought to myself remain calm...that didn't really happen I swore, kicked the taxi as it drove off, swore some more and screamed at them made me feel so much better x. |

Ooh, that's nasty Amy - I hope you're okay, and that his wheels fall off some time soon. That's happened to me as well a few times.
My trainee supervisor, PJ, belongs in here. He calls me every name under the sun that he can think of, apart from 'Sarah'. I get Saz, Sazzle, Sazski......even Smelly on some occasions. I DO NOT SMELL, 'kay?
