I think the escalator problems at Bank are only messing up the interchange between lines, not stopping you getting in or out of the station.

I should be arriving at about 10.55am, if I catch the right train from the right station at the right time. Which I will..... *deep breaths* I'll be fine, I'll be fine ;D
Anyone who wants to look out for me, I'll be wearing a long scarf, it's orange and white and has two bobbles on each end ;D Other than that, probably a pair of jeans, and a dark grey (almost black ) jacket hoodie thing without a hood ;D I'll be easy to notice, I'll be the one shouting out rather random things ;D
