I was catching up on the latest episode of Gareth Jones on Speed and most of the podcast was taken up with a discussion of a hybrid Lexus luxo-barge. However, they got onto the subject of older ones, and at around 27'39", Richard Porter (the chap behind Sniff Petrol - for which James has written from time to time - and the tea-snorting incident regarding the map of the world in the Big Book of Top Gear) tells us a bit about the Police Lexus from prior to episode 11.1 when James decided it was what he wanted up to its use at Top Gear Live.

He rabbits on for just over a minute about it but it's nice to hear
