That is also mentioned in today's Mirror. Jeremy is right, he has said things like this about GB and TB all along, so why are they only making a meal out of it now? He is completely right, GB is a total git.

They hate Jeremy. They want to destroy him and get him sacked and ruin him. Everything he says is picked over and used against him.  He's right. GB is useless. He does have one eye and he happens to be Scottish. Tell us the truth Gordon, stop throwing money at the problem in the hope it'll go away. There's not a thing that Jeremy said that wasn't true. Gordon Brown is not only an ocularly-challenged Caledonian twit, but even someone with the barest grasp of economic theory (the fundamental relationship between employment and inflation is all it takes) could see he's been talking rubbish for years and people have been buying it because he's made it seem plausible.
And I'm highly amused that it only appears to be Scottish MPs that have been making a noise about all this. Now it's being reported, we can expect the knives to be out again. But with any luck, something more important, like someone from Big Brother having an argument or the cast of EastEnders imploding, will mean this is all forgotten by the time he gets back from TG Live.

They'll do anything to give him a bad name. But it's Brown that's giving himself a bad name, but being PM in the first place. Mind you, he is right about Kevin Rudd (our Prime Minister), he did look terrified when doing that speech about the bailout of money.

I just think it's nonsense that the Scottish MP's are making a huge fuss about this, One from Perth said it was 'unforgivable' and the radio have been saying it's insulting to the Scottish people. It was just a comment, who cares if he said he was a 'Scottish Idiot', I'm Scottish and I found it highly amusing, I even agree with Jezza. But, why do they always have to blow these things way out of proportion, it's not that big a deal.   |

I think my original protest idea, from last time Jeremy was in trouble (or was it the time before?) should be revived and expanded. Rather than me sitting outside dressed in denim and a frightwig, chainsmoking Marlboros and listening to The Doobie Brothers, I think it is time that those of us who appreciate the work of the Clarkson came together in a denim clad, prog rock accompanied celebration. I propose a Rally for Jezza...
