Lolwut! I don't even HAVE a license, and I know that numbers 1 and 2 on there are for the person's name. Doh.  It's no wonder the Irish have the reputation they do....and this coming form someone who is one quarter Irish herself *chuckles* |

utterly stupid....with the amount of people coming over from poland and the rest of the EU u would think that VOSA, DVLA and the police would be able to identify these or be trained to! what a complete farse!
