Great picture ;D Shame Andy is a head and do you think Richard has a painting of himself in his attic? I think it's highly possible

OK, I can contain myself no longer. I am probably going to be quite embarrassed by asking this, but what exactly does that expression mean; 'portrait of himself in the attic'? I have heard it in various forms over the years but I couldn't figure out what the hell it was taken from or attached to. Probably something I have never had an interest in, what is the betting!! Richie looks hot in that one.

The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde, it is about a man who sold his soul so he would remain youthful and beautiful looking forever and he kept a portrait of himself in his attic which did get older and more ugly. Here's a better explanation. SPOILER Within en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Picture_of_Dorian_GrayI meant it in my previous post in a gentle teasing way, not in a nasty way that Wikipedia is alluding too.

Oh no, I get what way you meant it. So the picture got older, in the way that a person is meant to get older, so he could see how he should have looked. Creepy.
Some people just have good genes though. I don't think I am one of them. I will be 30 this year and you could add 10 years to that very easily!!

I get mistaken for my sister who is 10 years older than me glad I was able to help the the origins of the 'picture in the attic' reference.

None at all. None. No.
