Anyone else have adverts for 'Private alcohol rehab UK' and 'workplace breathalyzers' at the top of this page? Or are they trying to tell me something? Next week has the return of Su Hua Newton - didn't like her very much  I have Salmon Recipes, Onza T-Pro Trials Bike, Oz Experience, and Free Recipes (for steamed food from The Guardian). The Oz Experience as in Australia. |

Mmmm James in a mud bath. Thought he didn't like mud though. Maybe that's just the cold, outdoor stuff...
We had a bottle of George Gales Peach wine to go with the show last night. And very nice it was too. Probably far too sweet for most people, but I liked it!

After much stress, have watched the episode!!! Am now all technically minded, and uploading episode 6, and then may pass out from the smut overload of naked mud baths and opening bottles with a sword!!
