 I don't think Focus magazine have quite managed the podcast idea yet... it took me about six attempts to listen to the thing. It's worth the effort though - James is very manly and intelligent.

it's a programme you can use for sharing big files. I think the link will probably expired though

Lorraine, Sendspace is a filesharing site. When you see a link to a Sendspace (or a Megaupload) site, you click on the link and it takes you to a site where you can download the file onto your computer. It's for files that are too big to email usually.
