I found this short audio clip of James discussing the new book On Roads by Joe Moran on Radio 4 this morning. As usual, he manages to slip in a poetry reference.  news.bbc.co.uk/today/hi/today/newsid_8088000/8088841.stmI still haven't figured out how to download streaming audio, so if somebody else could do it, that would be great. |

Linden, give me a moment and I can send, hopefully, you a piece of software that downloads streaming audio. It is a Windows thing though, I don't know if it would work for a Mac. Thanks for the links!!  |

Thank you, Linden. I gave up the Today programme for Radio 2 ages ago. It managed to annoy me so much most mornings and made me start the day in a foul mood, so I now listen to the inane meanderings of Sarah Kennedy and Terry Wogan and can blank them out. It makes me a nicer person!  |

It does! I can't remember where exactly I came across it, probably 3am, blindly Googling and clicking on links. That's how I find all the best stuff for me! I am still looking for a piece of software that lets you record streaming video with the audio included. |

For Mac users, a program called Audio Hijack is your best bet for recording streaming audio.
