Just watched on iplayer... loved it, but thought last week had the edge slightly. I agree with the 'James teasing' getting a little tedious now, but I did think it hilarious when they turned his stereo on with the remote! The funniest for me, was in the office at the start... all the visual gags were great, Stiggy, the photos, the teeth whitener and the gold bullion! ;D Ive just got the gold bullion. I am so stupid.

The gold bullion is still puzzling me. Does it have something to do with the fact they wanted to do the Italian Job thing and they weren't allowed to?

While, yes, the stereo prank was funny, I thought Jeremy not being able to get out of the camping area no matter how hard he tried was even funnier. I thought it was great when Jeremy used the remote control on the parent challenge. What was better was when James deliberately ran his car into Jeremy's to get even. It was great to see Stephen, but he really looked tired. I've been enjoying his trek around America too. The Lambo and Bugetti were terrific. I had a great laugh on this one too.

I did like it at the start of Jeremy's parent challenge, when he began by shouting at the car!

Yeah. And when Jeremy wanted to get up the hill and the Volvo just wouldn't co-operate, James saying his p*nis grew back, Stig copying his head, Richard saying he had had no accidents, Jeremy in the Volvo having a 'crisis' ( I soooooooooo have to us that expression, I just love it! ), Jeremy saying the best thing I have ever heard "I've just stuck my anarchy flag through my water lilo!", Richard's body kit was hilarious, and his quote about James "They're hot for James May right now!" and when Jeremy called him Ravey Mayvey, I almost fell off the chair laughing!
Just a brilliant episode!

Maybe I've just got used to the old Stephen, but I didn't think he looked well at all, this time round. I loved the bit with his phone though - even TOH was chuckling at that.

That's what I was thinking too, because we are so used to seeing him a bit plumper, it will take a while to get used to seeing him not so plump. Also, with his hair not being combed so neatly that might not have helped matters. He must be feeling happy though, he is still his jolly self!

Just notice the money next to the gold. Think that supposed to be Jeremy's wagers.

*giggles* It is time I went to the opticians possibly - I guess the gold bullion to which you are all referring, is what I thought was a pile of Ferrero Rocher ;D

I gave it a 10. The challenge was fantastic, Stephen Fry was amazing (as always), the race was awesome, the Lambo was fierce, and the news, which I thought was the weak point last week, was great this week.

Jeremy's little ranty bit was brilliant; "How dare they, how dare they suggest we would be rude to smokers!" Jezza rules!!

James should have said hello to the girls and he would have won.

Has anyone else noticed that if Jezza and Richard didn't sabotage James in these challenges James would win almost every time? Like in this challenge it was only due to the noise of the stereo, that the other 2 weasels wrecked, that lost the challenge for James. It is all very funny all the same. What would have been very funny was if the girls had given James 5 points because they were impressed by his doof doof music!

I know they do it for a laugh, but if they did leave well enough alone, he probably would've won, since the score between him and Jeremy were so close with the pranks.

Loved this one - fabulously entertaining. Made me cry with laughter. I thought the marvellous S Fry looked a bit drawn - but when people lose that much weight it often shows on the face. I thought James looked very cuddly indeed with that hat on.

I think Stephen looked better than ever before. He mentioned he lost six stones, so he's at 15 stones now. For a person who's 6ft 5 that is a healthy weight. If he manages to keep it off, he's just added several years to his life. (I'm a bit obsessed by weight matters these days. If I lose two more pounds, I'll have lost two stones myself. )
