I love to hear his side of it, because for the show it was edited down to hyperactive-overcompetitive-junk-food-fiend Hammond and very-slow-very-cautious-very-boring May.

I always enjoy reading anything James writes, he has such a way with words and a wonderful dry sense of humour.
Whilst I love TG and all the presenters I do find that James gets sidelined too many times by the very talkative Jeremy & Richard whereas in programmes like Oz and James his talent and humour is allowed much greater air time.

They're learning on Top Gear.... sometimes you can see both of them sort of drop back and wait to see if James has a line to throw in.
