Just read over on HH that the BBC have commissioned a second series, narrated once more by Richard, as the first series was a huge success.

Great news!! I'm not surprised it was so popular. I loved the first series. Being from Leeds and having a dad who has spent a lot of time in Leeds General Infirmary, it was lovely to see the staff get recognition. Not only that, now I have defected t'other side of the Pennines (Lancashire), I loved the episode when they rescued someone from the Dales and flew them to Lancaster General Infirmary. I kept seeing places I know so well

Yes, it's a fascinating series. Hopefully it'll get a better timeslot this time round as well.
