I hope this isn't a double post. I saw a link to the first film, but not to the second one. Oz really has had an influence on James, hasn't he? ;D

Mine came yesterday (18th) Husband rang on the 15th (and they said they were not being released until the 14th and were going to be slower coming out than they anticipated - You can ring them and confirm with them if yours have been posted yet. SAM (sorry first post if I've not done it correctly)

I too was worried if they weren't coming or not. But I'll give it another week or so until I'll get in contact with them.
By the way, for all interstate people, where are you guys booking your hotels at? I'm thinking of the Formula One Hotel.

I would not recommend a Forumla One Hotel - I have never stayed there but have heard they do their rooms "by the hour" if you know what I mean....I guess it would be ok if it were for only one night or something. This is my hotel - I got a Harbour View Room quite cheap, just under $200 a night: www.starwoodhotels.com/fourpoints/property/overview/index.html?propertyID=1305I love Darling Harbour ;D I will just get a train/ferry out to Acer Arena and spend the rest of my time eating/shopping in Sydney

Dad's now suggested that we try for a motel. The problem is, we doesn't wanna spend on anything in the case of accomodation (i'd rather stay at the Novotel or some place like that but it's out of our budget) which is really annoying for me because I have to find it, don't know where to go to, where are all the major places are (actually I do know most of the stuff is around the CBD and the Rocks) don't know if I wanna go somewhere cheaper, or even find something reliable for that budget. Grrr I wish we had more money.

There are still some relatively cheap, and not awful, places around the city. Darling Harbour is always going to be a bit more expensive due to everything being there. But have a look on lastminute.com.au and have a look through their hotel section. You can set a budget, and also the mystery hotels do usually come up with a winner for a MUCH cheaper price.

Last TG Live I stayed 2 nights at the Novotel Darling Harbour and it was a great hotel. I then stayed 2 nights at the Novotel at Olympic Park when I went to the TG show and the hotel was cr@p for the money it cost. Somewhere cheaper in the city would be the way to go!

Well I haven't got me wad of tickets yet but I'm sure they will arrive soon ;D RG, can I recommend the Y Hotel, Hyde Park. My mum and I have stayed there for years, pretty much every time we visit Sydney. Its not the flashest in the world but for price and location in Sydney its second to none, its a fab place to stay . I would be staying there next year but me and a couple of other JMB'ers are sharing an apartment www.yhotel.com.au/PS. I agree with Misspan re Formula One hotels. I have stayed in one and they are just AWFUL. Bed was like sleeping on a wooden crate.

Dad's not gonna be happy with the hotel prices. He's not really with the times though I must say. Maybe i'll probably have to save some for the hotel even.
By the way, still waiting on my tickets. Probably comes next week.

My sister got a letter from somewhere we don't know. I had a peak in it without opening it and it had something to do with Dodo, so I didn't bother. (My sister's in Japan ATM). And then Mum just called for me and said to open it but I said "It was something to do with Dodo". But then I saw it had already been opened, probably by Mum. And then I had a look in there too and there was thing about Dodo like I said, but also in there was...
THE TICKETS!!!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
So yeah, I'm pumped
