Why do they insist on going to Sydney? Melbourne would be so much better for me. One of the shows is on my birthday, what a fantastic birthday present that would be!

Mine is the 12th! Almost birthday twins. I know what I want for my b'day but I think everyone would guess without me saying exactly what.

Did they go to Melbs last time? I was living in Brisbane at the time and they definitely did not come up there so I didn't really pay attention But if it's just Sydney then come up for a few days. It'll be fun!

Ooo, a week after my birthday (5th). I so so so badly wanna go! But I asked my parents to get me a laptop and camera for my birthday so I dunno if they would cough up more money for me to go Sydney. Unless I get a job and save up, I don't like my options.

23 for me. All my birthdays for the last 5 years at least have been either medical emergencies or non-events. (well, 21st was an exception. except I got so clattered I can't remember much of it )

I can relate to you Asparay with the medical emergencies. Luckily, touch wood, they are all behind me now. Hopefully yours are too.

Sorry - tad excited ;D Think I paid $140 for platinum tickets back in Feb - ones Puss and I had were very good - and $250 for the diamond tickets. Also extremely good - if you are lucky enough to secure the aisle seats by the middle walkway Mr Clarkson and Mr Hammond will walk by you, stand next to you, and possibly interrogate you with questions aimed to humiliate *squees*

I think $150 would be my ticket limit...
I still can't believe tickets are so expensive for things now. Big Day Out. TGL. Any decent overseas band, for example. Even movie tickets are expensive. wah! /rant.
Sorry >.>

My ticket cost me $270 last year because my friend bought it in a Visa presale. Its a once a year thing and a lot cheaper than flying to the UK to see them - see how I can justify this? lol

I'm on the list. We should have a get together for one of the days and shows if a whole lot of us are going. However, my Dad has just informed me that this is two months before I go to Vietnam and I have to save money for that and saving money for me is hard since I don't have a job. But fear not, I shall prevail, I will be 18 by then and I will go to the show no matter what!
